Paul and Barnabas appointed elders for them in each church and, with prayer and fasting, committed them to the Lord, in whom they had put their trust. Acts 14:23

Based upon our understanding of the teachings of the New Testament, we are an elder led church. The elders are to lead by prayer and by example, to give spiritual oversight to the ministries of the church, to administer both care and discipline, and to work together with the whole body of believers to seek God’s will in all aspects of church life.
